In the News
This week’s bake: Coconut Lime Muffins
Fresh lime juice. Fresh zest. Fresh coconut pulp. Light, soft, and not trying to be a dessert — just trying to be really good
And honestly? THEY WERE!

Stay Inspired
This week’s lesson was don’t rush the process. Which sounds simple until you remember the cheesecake.
I didn’t let it cook properly once. I just didn’t want to wait. And it fell apart completely, the whole thing, gone, cause I was impatient.
Baking doesn’t reward rushing. It rewards patience. Every single time.
I took my time with these muffins. Prepped the tin properly. Let the batter come together naturally. Didn’t open the oven too early.
And they came out exactly right.
In the Spotlight
We also talked about nonstick pans this week — and why nonstick doesn’t mean skip the prep. Grease and flour every time. Your bake will thank you 😊
In other news:
Four weeks in and this quarter is finding its rhythm.
Fresh ingredients. Intentional baking. And not rushing anything.
That's the whole lesson right there.
In case you missed it…
